Terms of Service
Last updated 11 August 2026
These terms apply when you use Endorsa (endorsa.space), operated by Suryansh Singh. By creating an account, submitting a recommendation, or otherwise using the site, you agree to them.
What Endorsa is
Endorsa lets candidates collect, tag and showcase professional recommendations, and export them as a PDF or a public link. It doesn't replace your resume, LinkedIn or GitHub, and it doesn't verify anyone's identity or the truth of what's written, it discloses where a recommendation came from and leaves the judgment to the reader. See how it works for details on the sourcing badges.
Accounts
You sign in with Google. You're responsible for keeping that account secure and for anything done under it. You must provide accurate information and must be old enough to enter into a binding agreement in your jurisdiction.
Your content
You keep ownership of any recommendation text, reviewer details, links, or profile picture you add. By adding them, you grant Endorsa a license to store and display each: your profile picture on your public page, if you've enabled it, and any recommendations you've selected, there or in your PDF export.
You're responsible for having the right to submit any third-party content you paste in, and for its accuracy.
Reviewer submissions
If you receive a magic link and submit a recommendation, you confirm it reflects your own honest opinion, and you grant the candidate who requested it (and Endorsa, on their behalf) a license to store, display and export what you submit as described in this policy and our Privacy Policy.
Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Submit fabricated recommendations or impersonate someone else.
- Upload content, including a profile picture, that you don't have the right to share, or that's illegal, infringing, or abusive.
- Use the request flow to harass or spam anyone.
- Attempt to scrape, overload, or gain unauthorized access to the service.
No verification, disclosure only
Endorsa doesn't verify identities, employment, or the truthfulness of any recommendation. The sourcing badges (a recognized public reference link, a company email domain, or direct submission by the reviewer) are plain, checkable facts about where a recommendation came from, not a guarantee that it's genuine. Anyone relying on a recommendation shown through Endorsa should exercise their own judgment.
Termination
We may suspend or remove access for accounts that violate these terms, and may remove any uploaded content, including a profile picture, that violates them. You can stop using Endorsa, and request deletion of your account, at any time by contacting theorangeshade.apps@gmail.com.
No warranty, limited liability
Endorsa is provided “as is,” without warranties of any kind, and is an early-stage product that may change or have downtime. To the extent permitted by law, Endorsa and its operator aren't liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. Nothing here limits liability that can't be limited under applicable law.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the operator's country of residence, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer protection rights you have under the laws of your own country of residence.
Changes to these terms
If these terms change materially, we'll update the date at the top of this page.
